There are many ways how to treat your own backache. One of them is by practising "Dynamic Lumbar Stabilization Exercise". Here are some of the exercise:
What you need to do is trying to activate your deep muscles that stabilize your spine which are your "Transverse Abdominis (TrA)", "Multifidus (MF)", "Diaphargm" and "Pelvic Floor muscles". These muscles will be activated by doing the above exercise. Our spine particularly in waist area (lumbar area) should be stabilized by activating these muscles before we start doing our normal daily activities such as getting up from bed, lifting objects, standing or even walking. Failure to activate these muscles will disturb the stability of spinal bone (lumbar area) that causes extra stress on soft tissues and joints at this particular segment. Thus leading to backache symptoms such as aching, throbbing, cramping, pulling and etc. This exercise could ease your backache by putting your backbone in normal alignment and shape before start doing your normal daily activity.
